Hi, I’m Ardelia Chioma, a proud mother of two and a practicing Dental Assistant with nearly 20 years of experience, & Case Study Manager for Integrative Medicine for 2 years here in Omaha, Nebraska. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences and have always been known for my organization, efficiency, and inquisitive nature—especially when it comes to the human body and holistic wellness.
My passion for Cryotherapy started with my own personal journey. After consistently receiving treatments for a year, I experienced firsthand just how transformative the benefits can be—reduced inflammation, faster muscle and joint recovery, natural fat reduction, and even skin-rejuvenating effects that rival cosmetic treatments. I was so inspired by the results that I knew I wanted to share this with others, which led me to open my own cryotherapy business.
